"Convenient location with thoughtful touches, though a few comfort issues The staff was very friendly and helpful. The flat has a lot going for it—its location is excellent, with an Intermarché supermarket just a short walk away. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and straightforward. I appreciated the bed, the well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a good washing machine. The air conditioner kept the space comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. A small but kind gesture was the mineral water waiting for us in the fridge."

"There were some aspects that felt less comfortable. The apartment is on the smaller side, and the walls are quite thin—you can occasionally hear neighbours. The sleeping area is accessed via stairs, which might be a bit tricky for some guests, and the sofa could have been more comfortable. The lack of a TV on the ground floor and no dedicated dining area with a standard table and chairs were minor inconveniences. Also, considering the price of the flat, paying an extra €30 for bed linen felt a bit unexpected."

"On est resté vraiment râvi de cet appartement incroyablement comfortable;il est beaucoup plus meilleur que sur des photos-très,très propre et clair avec le balcon et la terrasse formidable d'où s'ouvre les vues pittoresques;l'appartement est bien équipé par tout dont on a besoin;l'entrée est aussi très bonne,avec l'ascenseur.Malgé ça,que cet appartement ne se situe pas au centre de Nice,l'arrêt de trams est très près et il n'y a aucun problème de se déplacer vers n'importe quelle direction;Les supermarchés sont près et le quartier est très calme-sans danger."
